+ Refundable deposit 1.5 months rental (1 months security for furniture and other appliances and 0.5 months utilities for electric)

+ Advanced 1 month rental

+ RM50 refundable key deposit

+ RM50 tenancy agreement stamping with minimum 1-year contract

How much do I need to pay monthly?

+ Electricity bill charge based on your usage as shown by individual room meter.

+ WIFI bill shared based on numbers of tenant

What documents do I need?
